Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) Leadership: Under the leadership of Director-Head of Global Supplier Industrialization, develop and execute Automotive Body in White (BIW) Systems commodity SIE team development and supplier industrialization strategies and programs that are aligned with overall Lucid Motors objectives.

Plans and implements improvements within BIW control systems to improve process capability, system uptime, and reliability and Interfaces with the ICT group to ensure efficient operation of the BIW upper level systems.

Optimize mass for vehicle systems including BIW/Closures/Powertrain and Chassis. Utilize CAE techniques with components, sub-system, and full vehicle models to assess performance in Durability, Stiffness and Strength attributes for EV structure / Battery systems.

Must have experience in automotive or heavy truck Cab, Body, and Trim design, preferably including Body-In-White (BIW), Door Hardware, Sealing Systems, and large composite assemblies (Sleeper Cab Roofs.

The Program Analyst position is responsible for maintaining and reporting on the financial and contractual health of the Post Delivery & Service contracts that Bath Iron Works enjoys with the United States Navy. This includes applying project management principles to assigned projects, as well as day-to-day maintenance of the BIW cost systems and data reporting platforms.

Strong understanding of Mechanical Design tooling fixture of BIW systems. Manufacturing Engineer developing and validating, electrified propulsion and automatic transmission Components and systems.

Proficient in Catia V5 CAD software with a strong understanding of North American Auto Manufacturer standards and specifications for BIW Tooling Fixtures. Approximately 8 years of experience in Body Shop Tooling for Body in White (BIW) Assembly.

Vehicle Development: Be a subject matter expert in relation to Automotive Closure Mechanisms & BIW Systems (Ex: Latches, Strikers, Handles, Gas Lifters, Power Lifters, Manual & Power Charge Port Doors, Power Roof Systems, Fixed & Power Glass, etc), and Testing for Closure Mechanisms & BIW System designs especially for our focused efforts with Electrified Vehicles and Light Duty Trucks.

You will support complex system development leveraging the latest technologies in areas such as hypersonic weapons, unmanned systems, advanced manufacturing, and supply chain logistics including a focus on electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering and computer science.

In this role as an Engineering Systems Architect, you will be the lynch pin to convert human ideas into delivered production functionality. Successful implementation or usage of modern software engineering or observability tools to solve a key financial industry business or support critical systems.
