Leidos' Health Solutions Operation is seeking a dynamic, mission-centric hands-on System Admin to support a federal agency's large, mission-critical 24/7/365 enterprise Service Desk.

Supports Microsoft Exchange (Office 365), and numerous other business and sales-specific programs (e.g., CRM, Salesforce (Veeva), etc.) Other technical skills: Windows 10+, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.

Perform hands-on configuration activities in areas such as Identity & Access Management, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender ATP, Access Control Lists, Active Directory Domain Services, and Azure Active Directory among others.

Reporting directly to the Manager of IT Support Services, this position will be responsible for on-going support of companywide networks, systems, and IT assets. Proficient with Windows 10/11 and the latest Microsoft Office suite.

Core desktop support duties include but are not limited to imaging and setting up user laptops/desktop machines, performing software installation, monitors and peripherals installation, IT equipment relocation, managing asset inventory, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating system and Office product issues, desktop phone support, Oxy mobile app installation support.

As a IT System Administrator (Partial WFH), you’ll be responsible for implementing and supporting internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as supporting Microsoft-related technologies, virtual environments on Azure and VMware, and disaster recovery solutions.

The Computer User Support Specialist will support NETCOM (U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command Center) in providing Tier 2 concierge-like support to more than three hundred users by email, Microsoft Teams, and tickets assigned within the Remedy incident tracking system.

Design, develop, and maintains Microsoft Windows client architecture through a strong understanding of industry best practices, and manages solutions to support management of smartphones and other mobile devices as well as provides advanced troubleshooting for complex issues related to Operating System, Enterprise Software or Configuration settings on these devices.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operator with expertise in Microsoft Azure, along with hands-on experience in either Microsoft Intune or System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in support of the US Navy. The ideal candidate should also possess practical knowledge in managing endpoints and ensuring their security and optimal performance within a cloud environment.

Performs daytime, evening, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and/or emergency closure end user support as necessary, which may require short notice to travel to the office outside of normal business hours; participates in rotating on-call coverage with other team members.

The SCCM and Intune Integration Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, along with managing Microsoft Intune for an organization.

Hands-on, practical experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016, O365, Powershell, Process Automation, API Integration, and Group Policy. Provides on-site technical support (Boston Office) that may involve but not limited to; installation of hardware /systems, software for end computing, network and communications systems.

Serve as the User Support Service Delivery Manager responsible for the delivery of end user services and support /incident activities for three teams: Desktop, Imaging, and Release & deployment (Mi crosoft Customer Engagement Methodology ( MCEM ) , Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.

Specifically, this role is responsible for the design, enhancement, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of systems such as; Document Management System (iManage), Accounting/Finance (Aderant) and ancillary systems and related integrations, Milana Docketing, and SQL databases, etc.

The incumbent will also provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
