- The Workday Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement by bringing industry best practices to integrate various HR systems, producing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- The process space includes resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, organization and position management, personnel administration, payroll, complete compensation, talent management and development and offboarding of resources.
- Scope of responsibilities shall include contributing to the improvement of existing Human Resources Management processes, in particular in the areas of Organization and position management; Personnel administration; Payroll & compensation; Recruiting and onboarding; Evaluation lifecycle management; Staff development and learning; and other HRM processes.
- Responsible for conducting prototypes, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
- Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
