- WHAT YOU'LL DOStrategy: partner with segment and performance marketing to develop Waystar’s go-to-market programs for our platform and solution suites based on market intelligence, business performance, product launches, product performance, and corporate priorities.
- Performance: demonstrate a fanatical focus on business and program performance based on launched initiatives to guide prioritization and influence ROI. Design strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and client retention in partnership with commercial, client operations, and the broader marketing team for the platform, solution suites, and solutions.
- Packaging: the ability to develop and evolve the packaging, pricing, placement, and promotion of the Waystar platform, solution suites, and solutions to highly targeted markets.
- Including competitive intelligence programs, messaging, and positioning, right-to-win analysis and strategy, ROI programs, webinars, content to drive growth, and naming.
- Creativity: embodies creativity to enable the development and deployment of storytelling of our value to each unique segment.
