Job Title: VP of Operations
Location: San Antonio - Hybrid
Pay: $150,000 base
About the Company:  We are working with a leading HOA Management firm and helping them look for a VP of Operations to join their team.
As VP of Operations, you'll lead their teams across departments. Your role involves developing plans, fostering teamwork, and implementing best practices for high-quality service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team in line with their values.
- Develop operational plans and strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Ensure uniform best practices and compliance.
- Build collaborative relationships with managers.
- Foster teamwork through talent hiring and mentoring.
- Implement plans for operational growth and profitability.
- Oversee and adjust processes for efficient execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Extensive experience in financial operations and process improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, 5 - 8 years in a senior role.
- Advanced Excel, Word, and database skills.
- Positive attitude with dedication to excellent customer service.
- Master of process improvement and transformation.
- Strong leadership for an empowered, accountable culture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to apply technology for problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects.
