- The Department of Art History and Art at Case Western Reserve University seeks to appoint a Visiting Assistant Professor to teach Museum Studies foundation courses.
- In particular, we seek candidates whose expertise would complement the current departmental curriculum, with special priority given to those who could teach courses in the arts of Asia, Islam, Indigenous America, or Africa and the African Diaspora.

- The CWRU Department of Art History and Art and our Joint Graduate Program have a longstanding collaboration with the renowned Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA), and candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to object-based pedagogy.
- The VAP will fully participate in departmental and university service, which will include placement and supervision of second-year MA internships at the CMA as well as other University Circle and Cleveland area institutions.
