- Duties SummarySupervises the day-to-day activities of the victim/witness counseling and assistance program for the County of Hawai'i and regularly performs the most difficult and complex professional counseling work; and performs other related duties as required.

- Performs professional counseling and assistance to victims/witnesses of crimes that involve the most difficult and complex cases, including by not limited to felony abuse and assault, homicide, manslaughter, negligent homicide, or felony sex assault cases.
- Recommends and updates procedures for the victim/witness counseling and assistance program for review and approval by the director; consults with deputy prosecutors in formulating procedures.
