- The Vice Provost of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) and Accountability is a key leadership position responsible for leading and coordinating the accreditation and assessment process for the college.
- The VP reports directly to the Provost and provides leadership, expertise, direction, and support for the college’s mission, vision, values, and goals.
- The VP oversees the planning and execution of critical institutional effectiveness functions, including accreditation, research, strategic planning, and support of college and system initiatives.
- Leads the IE Office and the campus community to help shape the strategic direction of the college; ensures operational leadership for the IE Office, including things such as recruitment, performance management, coaching, professional development, and communication.
- Leads the IE Office to assess, develop, refine, and respond to data/research requests by individuals or departments within the college.
