- Your collaboration with Empower's leadership will be instrumental in sculpting a culture that champions innovation, agility, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Provide subject matter expert and process ownership for end-to-end talent development processes including the following: talent systems and infrastructure, onboarding, employee retention, training and development, career planning and performance management, success management, learning and development, capability and competency management, workforce planning, and employee experience and engagement.
- Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition, VP of People Operations and Experience, VP of People Partnering, and IT, as well as relevant departments, to drive seamless integration into the onboarding experience.
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field (I/O Psychology, Organizational Development) is preferred
