- Working in partnership with senior administrative and medical staff leadership, the position will oversee the institutional approach to care transformation and lead a comprehensive quality/performance improvement program, including but not limited to Clinical Improvement, Patient Safety, Regulatory and Accreditation, Infection Prevention and Patient Relations.
- Collaborator with high emotional intelligence, who works with multiple partners, bringing consensus and unified action to bear in the market for Mercys patients
- Provides direct oversight of the Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, Regulatory & Accreditation, Infection Prevention and Patient Relations departments including all human resource and budget- related functions
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices (i.e., Six Sigma, Lean, A3, PDCA).
