- Attend staff meetings, which include participation in a time of Christian devotion and prayer.
- Lead and mentor the management teams of the Shepherd of the Hills Retreat Center, Mountain Home Thrift Store: Cheryl's Place, Thirteen Pennies Cafe, and the BMH Volunteer Program and Facilities & Maintenance Department.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for each social enterprise in alignment with the ministry's overall goals.
- This includes identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring that all areas have adequate emergency preparedness plans.
