- Provide strategic and tactical support for enterprise-wide Workday HCM and Recruiting module
- Ensure effective administration of HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; environmental health and safety (EHS); occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
- Strategic & Tactical HR Knowledge – Demonstrated skills in both strategic and tactical HR including organization design, talent development, succession, communications and change management, policies, compliance, benefits, compensation, culture and engagement, talent acquisitions, etc.
