What You Will Be Doing <ul><li>Leading and executing the $100M giving campaign for Learn & Earn, an established nonprofit with a vibrant donor community.</li><li>Innovating and implementing strategic fundraising approaches to engage and captivate ultra-high-net-worth individuals.</li><li>Building and mentoring a driven team united by a shared vision of transforming education and philanthropy.</li><li>Forging lasting relationships with key stakeholders across education and government sectors to rally support for our long-term goals. </li></ul>What You Won’t Be Doing <ul><li>Relying on outdated fundraising methods that fail to resonate with today's philanthropic landscape.</li><li>Working in isolation, without the support of a dedicated and visionary team.</li><li>Limiting your impact to small-scale projects that don't challenge the status quo of education and giving. </li></ul>Vice President Of Fundraising Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibility is to ignite and nurture a global movement of generosity and innovation, driving us toward our $100M initial goal and beyond, towards a future where 2 Hour Learning transforms education for every child in the US. Basic Requirements <ul><li>Proven success leading $50M+ fundraising campaigns</li><li>7+ years of experience in fundraising or philanthropy</li><li>Demonstrated ability to secure major gifts and grants, including individual donations of $1M+</li><li>Proven track record of effectively engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations</li><li>Comprehensive experience in all aspects of national fundraising campaigns including strategy, donor research, outreach, messaging, budget management, and donor cultivation</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel as needed</li><li>Based in the United States </li></ul>Nice-to-have Requirements <ul><li>CFRE or CAP certification</li><li>Experience managing a team of fundraising professionals</li><li>Experience soliciting and managing agency support for events, marketing, collateral, etc. </li></ul>About 2 Hour Learning 2hr Learning is powered by AI technology that enables schools to provide personalized, mastery learning to students, enabling them to learn faster than standard school, thereby freeing up the rest of the school day to pursue their passions and interests. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
