- Lead the franchise sales process from initial contact through closing, including negotiating terms, finalizing agreements, and facilitating onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, marketing, merchandising and finance to ensure alignment and support for franchise development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all franchise regulations and legal requirements; work closely with legal counsel to review franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and other legal documentation to mitigate risks and protect the interests of the company and franchisees.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or related roles, preferably within the franchising industry.
