- As an executive recruiter at Morgan Stanley, we are looking for an individual who has experience in attracting, identifying, assessing, and advising on hiring the best, most diverse executive leadership talent.
- This role requires deep sourcing experience, and you will have the opportunity to source candidates for Executive Leadership roles partnering with our executive recruiting team to provide a white glove experience and to land key talent.
- As an executive recruiter you will own and execute on Executive Director and Managing Director-level searches and will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including research, candidate generation, senior client management, offer negotiations with multiple components of compensations.
- Reporting to the Head of Investment Management Talent Acquisition, you'll develop recruitment strategies and lead search engagements to position the Company to achieve its business strategy.
- You will work on a range of global projects, including executive searches, talent planning, external bench building, and market intelligence.
