- The Vice President of Construction Management (VP) will oversee the project management functions for tenant improvements (TI), value-add renovations, capital projects, and potential new development for a growing northwest regional industrial portfolio.
- Position duties include managing comprehensive scopes of work; directing design consultants; cost estimating; analyzing proposals; contract preparation and management; contractor and/or subcontractor vetting; project scheduling, document, and budget management.
- Prepare comprehensive scopes of work and manage design and execution of projects such as “value add” conversion projects, post close underwritten improvements or lender requirements, asphalt, concrete, utilities, painting, roofing, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, tenant improvements and new developments
- Possess knowledge of local building codes, LEED processes and design and construction of class A industrial product
- Work with Asset Management, 3rd party Property Management, Due Diligence and Financial Analysts and Accounting for proper job set up and billing of project through Yardi Construction Manager
