- Hire, train, supervise, schedule and participate in in activities of events team alongside Executive Director of Operations including counseling, discipline, training and direction.
- Attend scheduled BEO meetings to understand equipment set ups, staging, lighting, linen, load-in and storage requirements for each event as well as to ensure any event changes are thoroughly communicated.
- Develop and deliver effective housekeeping training and educate all event services and housekeeping staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain communication with Banquet Event Manager during events to assist where necessary.
- Work with sales team and client to determine power, lumber, staging, lighting, linen, load-in and storage needs.
