- The National Expert Consultation & Specialized Services-Mental Health (NEXCSS-MH) Memory Disorders Program Staff Neuropsychologist (1.0 FTE) position is located in the Neurology Service of the VA Boston Healthcare System, mainly at the Jamaica Plain campus but occasionally the Brockton campus.
- All clinical appointments are, however, held virtually using either (1) VA Video Connect (VVC) to the patient’s home, (2) telephone to the patient’s home, or (3) TeleHealth to the patient’s local VA medical center or community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC), such that the psychologist can often work from their home.
- The psychologist will also participate in research, Cognitive Behavioral Neurology and Memory Disorders Clinic meetings, and program evaluation.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as (1) a neuropsychology fellow in an accredited neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship program, or (2) a psychologist, with at least one year at the equivalent to the next lower grade level.
