Part-time
- The utility/cleaning specialist's primary responsibility is to quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly clean and maintain equipment throughout the restaurant.
- The utility/cleaning specialist must clean and detail: the fryers, all ovens, refrigeration equipment, and walk-in refrigerators/freezers, Maintain back dock area and dumpster area.
- Responsible for sanitary conditions in the dish area, kitchen area, walk-in refrigerators, and garbage / dock area.
- We reimburse for college courses, ESL classes or professional certification training.
- We provide nationally accredited Food Safety Training and certification through ServSafe to all shift leaders, managers, and restaurant leadership.
