- Position exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in the interpretation of engineering issues related to the City's Utilities construction projects and programs pertaining to water distribution, wastewater collection and pumping stations, reclaimed water distribution and pumping stations.
- General direction is received from the Utilities Director and Deputy Directors.
- Supervises and provides direction to the Utility Inspector with the work-load.
- Handles residential complaints and issues related to utility construction projects.
- Assist the Deputy Director with the performance evaluation of the Utility Inspector.
