- Walmart Connect, Senior Manager of Learning & Development (Sales Training and Enablement) Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced education professional to lead the sales training and enablement programs for our sales organization.
- As a startup within the world’s largest retailer, we are quickly developing new ad tech and internal tools and systems.
- In addition, you will design and drive sales enablement programs to enhance sellers’ revenue performance.
- Responsibilities:Design and implement sales enablement programs Lead sales workshops and training sessionsCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop sales training content for workshops Identify and track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of programs/initiatives, specific to sales training activities.
- Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement Minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-tech, eCommerce or Advertising industryProven success as a meeting and program facilitatorStrong EQ skillsSales experience (B2B) 3-5 yearsExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenExcellent program management skillsSelf-starter who thrives on the excitement and challenge to build programs and teams.
