- The Transfer Center Coordinator Associate serves as the primary contact for referring physicians who are requesting the services of UPMC for continued patient care.
- This position is responsible for assisting in obtaining all patient information needed for transfer in the UPMC health system by answering phones, speaking with clinical staff, and completing registration and booking processes.
- The Transfer Center Coordinator Associate will answer phones and field questions from other healthcare facilities as well.
