- The Training and Support Specialist (TSS) is professional position within Advocates providing quality assurance oversight and administrative support to our Agency Supported Self-Directed and Self-Hired Community Habilitation Services.
- The person in this position works as part of a team to ensure the quality and compliance of documentation required by Medicaid and OPWDD.
- Review Community Habilitation documentation (Using the cloud-based digital documentation system Evero) for quality and completeness and review for compliance with all state and Medicaid Community Habilitation regulations.
- Report to Director of Training and Support regarding compliance and quality issues on Community Habilitation documentation/Daily Service Notes.
