- The Town Manager is the Chief Executive Officer who oversees and manages municipal service functions and day-to-day operations of the Town. The Town Manager performs personnel management, collective bargaining, labor relations, purchasing and grants administration; and appoints all department heads and employees with approval by the Town Council.
