- Mindbank Consulting Group has anticipated needs for Tier I Help Desk Technicians to support a Navy client in Arlington, Virginia.
- This position is 100% onsite; travel to offsite locations in the area will be required.
- PLEASE READ THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. Tier I Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities: Provide in person or phone technical support to end users for laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and account issues.
- Must have experience with troubleshooting, problem escalation, MAC requests and inventory, as related to working in a helpdesk environment.
- Must have detailed knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and help desk tools.
