- JOB SUMMARY: Under the directions of the Director, the ACT Mental Health Clinician is responsible for assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program participants.
- They provide service coordination for assigned Participants including coordinating and monitoring activities of the individual treatment team (ITT).
- They assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the Participant and the ITT, providing individual supportive therapy and symptom management, ensuring immediate changes are made in treatment plans as Participants' needs change, educating and supporting Participants' families and advocating for Participants' rights and preferences.
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences (i.e. social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling or occupational therapy).
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician With Substance Abuse Speciality
