- Therapeutic Behavioral Services is a short-term, intensive program the offers individualized 1:1 behavioral support in the community, as well as the home, for youth with unsafe and disruptive behaviors.
- The TBS Worker is responsible for providing individualized 1:1 #behavioral and #therapeutic interventions to participants in their home environment, school or other setting toward the goal of stabilization.
- The TBS Worker provides services as an adjunct to specialty mental health services in order to prevent higher level of care, hospitalization, or to transition to a lower level of care.
- B.A. Degree required and one (1) year of experience in mental health related field, preferably with youth.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the developmental stages of youth and young adults.
