- As an Application Support Engineer - AWS Cloud within our technology team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues for on-premise and Cloud applications, monitoring infrastructure, servers, databases, and distributed batch jobs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications (distributed, Mainframe, Middleware) or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud.
- Strong technical background in Middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat and Web Servers), Cloud technologies (AWS, Dockers & Kubernetes), Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana), Unix, DB2, Cassandra and Retail banking channel application flows.
- Specific knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, storage networks, load balancing, content delivery network, server clustering, databases, and application architecture.
- Experience in building monitoring dashboards through Dynatrace and ability to triage application performance through deep diving using Dynatrace.
