- The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and hands on experience on managing upstream and downstream interface/integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party vendors / other internal systems; experience in performing system administrator and techno-functional role within Oracle Fusion Cloud product suite (ERP, HCM, Procurement) which include security roles design/configuration to fit business needs.
- Minimum of four years of system/security administration, Reports and Analytics, techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (core HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning, goal & performance management) with emphasis on Payroll and Benefits.
- Experience on /exposure to T-SQL or PL-SQL, C#, PowerShell commands is required.
- Desired experience: Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials & Procurement), Oracle EPM Cloud, strongly preferred.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules is a huge plus.
