- The Technical Support Associate will provide exceptional customer support by handling incoming phone calls and emails, troubleshooting customers’ equipment issues, and effectively addressing their inquiries.
- They will work in a fast-paced environment, examining, questioning, and resolving complex technical issues with precision and expertise.
- The first shift hours would be Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, with a rotating Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey technical information to customers effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
