- AWS is looking for an exceptional Technical Program Manager with strategic expertise and a strong delivery record in building trust and influencing through insights and analysis, and system design to advance adoption and effective use of Workforce Planning(WFP).
- Work directly with senior leaders in the Workforce Planning team, while partnering with Finance, HR and business leadership to manage creation of tools and processes that support the one- and three-year workforce plans in cadence with AWS’ operational cycles
- Drive large-scale workforce planning programs that solve significantly complex or endemic problems.
- You will play a key role on the Workforce Planning Science, Tooling and Inspection sub-teams that influence the long-range plans of the business and the technical agenda that supports it.
- You enjoy diving into research and data in order to provide valuable insights into workforce strategy.
