SiemensEDA is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to help define, promote,and deploy solutions for hardware-assisted verification. As a product expert,you will be part of a worldwide Veloce team working with the latest emulationand FPGA prototyping platforms. You will be working on products to supportmajor advances in emulation virtual and simulation acceleration solutions. Thisrole is for a senior individual with strong communication skills and a goodunderstanding of semiconductor industry trends combined with technicalexpertise in some of the following areas: emulation and FPGA prototyping,virtual solutions, and industry-standard interface protocols.Responsibilitiesinclude the following:Work with Siemens’ sales and development teams to driveproduct requirements, prioritization and SW release plans based on business andcustomer needs.Understand vertical market trends and resultingrequirements for standard and proprietary interfaces to drive the productdevelopment roadmaps for emulation and prototyping.Develop long-term plans based on the emergence and adoptionof evolving protocol versions.Present Veloce offerings at tradeshows, seminars,conferences, and customer events.Present Veloce offerings to customer management andengineering teams.Develop customer-ready product collateral, website, andwhite papers.Develop and deliver product presentations/training on newfeatures, marketing requirement documents, and product updates.Track customer progress and work with Siemens’ customerservice, sales, and applications engineers to build strong customerrelationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.Work closely with the Veloce sales team to expand Veloceusage and business.Work closely with other Veloce product managers to align onroadmaps and requirements.Track and manage customer-based product enhancementrequests with engineering and customer sales teams.MinimumRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accreditedinstitution. Minimum of 5+ years of related experience deploying orusing simulation, emulation , or prototyping platforms. Prior work in any of these domains is highly preferred:Expertise in IC design or verification using simulation,emulation, or FPGA prototyping platforms.Emulation expertise using accelerated simulation or virtualprotocol solutions.Product management defining product features, priorities,and roadmap.Experience in customer-facing roles such as productmarketing, technical marketing, applications, or product engineering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of financial profit/loss calculation,business models, margin calculation, COGs, pricing, and packaging/licensing.PreferredRequirements:Master’s degree in a relatedfield.
