- Work responsibilities will fall into three main areas: 1) business development; 2) project-level environmental compliance and organizational sustainability programming; and 3) technical support to projects in ECC and economic resilience.
- The TO III, ECC will provide support in all phases of business development in environment and climate change sectors, technical assistance to projects on environmental compliance and climate risk management planning activities as well as project technical support and monitoring.
- The TO III, ECC will contribute to thought leadership initiatives in EPE-related climate and economic resilience areas, including, but not limited to: green livelihoods, regenerative tourism, and climate resilient communities, among others.
- Support business development activities in Economic Participation and Environment (EPE) technical areas, with a focus on environment, climate change and climate and economic resilience.
- At least five years of experience working in the environmental review and compliance field, including demonstrated capacity in developing environmental compliance documentation, including, but not limited to, Environmental Mitigation Management Plans (EMMPs), Environment Mitigation and Monitoring Reports (EMMRs) and Climate Risk Management Plans (CRMPs) for USAID.
