- This position is responsible for the following duties: day to day employee relations consulting with management and staff, investigation and resolution of workplace issues and related special project including education and departmental intervention assessment; and administer personnel policies including Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment, Benefits Administration, FMLA and other special projects.
- Stays abreast of Employment Law and HR policy changes.
- Seeks direction from HR Leadership or Business Partner when appropriate or when discussion can assist with problem solving process.
- Process and supply documentation for unemployment to the state of Ohio. Partner with legal and risk teams as appropriate, provide employment documentation and assist as needed on subpoenas or any litigation needs.
- Identify trends and collaborate with the HRBP pf the assigned region.
