- The Team Leader- Janitor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of subordinate staff in the maintenance of the Federal contract.
- Cleaning hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevator banks, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
- Cleaning floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Operating power equipment such as two-stage snow blowers.
- During inclement weather, providing proper upkeep by removing snow from walkways, building entrances and dock ramps, and spreading snow/ice melting chemicals.
