- Direct Services- The Program Manager serves as a Business Advisor working one-on-one with Prime participants, delivering quality services to include entrepreneur engagement strategies responsive to the needs of the community served.
- Utilize the project's customer relations management system (HubSpot), review CRM for completion and accuracy and identify documentation errors in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports.
- Possess high proficiency in computer technology including CRM (HubSpot); Microsoft Suite; in developing plans and approaches to implement profitable solution strategies to run a successful small business.
- Bachelor's in Business or related field or a combined 5-7 years of small business ownership experience in a service industry; 5-7 years of professional consulting to small business in management and operations; and preferably five years as a staff member within a non-profit or economic development organization serving education or child care.
- Work is performed remotely with strategic visits on-site at Prime locations in Tarrant County as needed.
