- This person will serve as an advisor, thought-leader and partner to the CHRO; VP, Talent Management; HR Business Partners and senior leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessment, high-potential development and leadership development, performance management and other key HR processes and initiatives as needed.
- In collaboration with the VP, Talent Management and CHRO, this person will influence and own the strategy around our C-suite successor talent review and development process, will facilitate discussions with Executive Council and prepare materials for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners; Manager, Learning & Development; Manager, Talent Acquisition, the DEI and HR Technology and Analytics teams on talent management processes and execution of the talent review, succession planning and high potential development processes within the business
- Supporting Corporate Learning & Development with program design and facilitation support as needed
