- Lead the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms and quarterly career conversations to align to PTC culture and pay for performance philosophy
- Partner closely with HRBPs and COEs (ERG’s, People Solutions, Talent Development, Internal Communications, People Analytics and Total Rewards) to identify opportunities for integration points and address specific talent needs leveraging talent data and themes
- Deep knowledge of HRBP practices including performance management, organizational change.
- A creative thinker that develops solutions focused on the future of work and dynamic needs of PTC’s culture and its people
- Certification in talent management or executive coaching (SHRM- SCP, ICF) is a plus
