- The Talent Development Manager builds strong partnerships with stakeholders throughout the company and works to improve organizational effectiveness, facilitate learning and change, coach high-performing employees, contribute to the success of Sage's ongoing DEI efforts, and increase employee engagement.
- The Talent Development Manager will advise on the planning and execution of learning and development programs that support and align with business strategy.
- Partner with company leaders to identify development needs, leadership development, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness resources, development programs, and interventions.
- Provide internal consulting advice and assistance to company leaders and HR business partners on organizational effectiveness issues and facilitate actions for performance improvement or problem resolution.
- Advise on the design, delivery, and ongoing development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; employee resource and affinity groups; and all other opportunities to improve and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
