- Using a consultative approach with the hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist helps to set the recruiting strategy to ensure a successful and timely search.
- Build and maintain a strong network of diverse candidates using all available resources including social media, recruiting tools, and active and passive recruiting sources through proactive market research, sourcing, and on-going relationship management.
- Assesses, adjust, and implement process improvement of current ATS (Paycom).
- Leverages employee profiles and departmental Strategic Workforce Planning maps in SumTotal.
- Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to the credit union, including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC.
