- RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
- Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager – Home Care is a trusted business partner of RiverSpring Living’s companies who builds and fosters the connection between recruitment and retention for business development and growth for RiverSpring Living Programs.
- This position will work closely with all areas of the RSL continuum of services, as well as, external contacts that utilize MLTC, CHHA, LHCSA, and Senior Housing services to anticipate and identify areas of potential need for new or increased recruitment efforts.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager – Home Care will assist with the development of job profiles, implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing viable candidates through digital platforms, including social media platforms and assessing candidate suitability for open positions and the organization.
- In collaboration with hiring managers, select and hire the best candidates for all assigned open positions and deliver an engaging, responsive, and positive experience to candidates as part a successful employment journey.
