- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates to build a diverse talent pool.
- Build relationships with community partners, organizations, associations, and workforce development agencies to support ongoing sourcing and recruitment efforts.
- participate in initiatives such as career fairs, networking events, and employer branding campaigns.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance regarding marketplace employment trends, compensation, skills and attributes, employment offers, assessment methods, screening and selection services, etc.
