- Assesses Store Manager hiring needs by collaborating with Regional Directors and District Managers to assist in sourcing candidates, junior college program, reviewing candidates and following up with RDO on hiring.
- Participates in weekly Regional Director's District Managers and Regional Recruiters meetings to identify high turnover stores, solicit plans for gaps in staffing vacancies and review payroll labor hours usage against Legion usage ensuring Legion Program integrity.
