- Experience with Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, SysAid, etc)
- Experience with Monitoring and management software (SolarWinds preferred)
- Provide escalated support for afterhours operational issues on a rotational basis.
- Monitor, perform, and trouble shoot backups (Veeam, Datto, etc) a plus
