- Position Overview The Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP) will be responsible for managing all activities across the Construction division (Telecom, Water/Sewer Utilities, Power, Technical Services), ensuring that our complex, large-scale programs and projects outperform third-party alternatives for value, quality, and time to delivery while meeting internal profitability objectives.
- The SVP reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aimed at driving growth and improving operational performance.
- The SVP is a highly visible and external-facing ambassador and as such is expected to solve complex problems, inspire collaboration, and encourage positive experiences for our clients, vendors, and employees.
