- The Supply Chain project manager is accountable for driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives focusing on driving growth, productivity, safety, quality initiatives coordinating cross-functional teams, driving schedules, project pipeline prioritization, change management, risks identification and mitigation planning, and improving the organization’s overall project management systems and processes.
- The project manager must be a communicator, an influencer, trusted adviser, and strategic partner to successfully implement necessary projects and initiatives.
- Lead change manager process execution from idea to implementation by setting vision, engaging cross-functional and intra-organizational teams to change the culture.
