- As a valued member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for marketing Zelis Payments' claim payment services to small, medium and large healthcare providers through various channels; assist Zelis Payments in accomplishing its outreach, relationship, and revenue goals.
- High-velocity sales cycle with a strong partnership with our Payers and marketing teams.
- The main function is to mentor and elevate Provider Enrollment talent through consistent one-on-on sessions, call calibrations, ride-along activities, co-op calls, quality assurance management and team-based learning initiatives.
- Maintains close interdepartmental relationships with key PE stakeholders: PINS, CARE, QA, Retention, MM/SST, Marketing and Sales Training.
- Executes on Provider Enrollment Admin including but not limited to: Commission tracking, account creation, SSO, Jira, Pardot lead distribution, PINs pre-note monitoring and retention work queues.
