- Supervises the day to day activities of the Hotel Operations, VIP Services and Support Services staff for Caesars Atlantic City through direct customer contact and supervision of employees ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for the motivation, continual training and empowerment of employees.
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the rooming process including arrangements such as the pre-blocking, pre-registration and final check-in of Casino, Group Sales, and VIP guests based upon time of arrival, special requests and play-based value.
