- The Supervisor, Customer Service Operations is responsible for global Contact Center quality and training.
- On the training side, the Supervisor is responsible for developing the content (partnering with Operations, Pearson VUE client facing departments, and other internal teams) and the delivery format.
- Working with Contact Center Management in Bloomington, EMEA, APAC, and Business Process Outsourcing leaders around the world, the Supervisor is responsible for training and quality services to satisfy the needs of employees providing high quality service for our customers.
- In addition to global Contact Center leaders, this Supervisor works with Program Managers for client-directed training; Accommodations and Disability Services Management for process specific training for agents; Project Management for large client rollouts; and Product Owners for global test mode training.
- Supervise the Quality and Training team, including establishing and measuring goals, performance management, coaching & feedback, and training & development.
