- Performs routine cradle to grave subcontract administration for a wide variety of services for Federal, State, and commercial customers.
- Primarily, responsibilities include subcontract administration for multiple-service subcontracts that directly-support Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) prime and subcontracts that may be Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)-based, Cooperative Agreements, Grants, etc.,
- Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for supporting and understanding the prime to subcontract relationship and works closely with internal customers to support appropriate acquisition planning, requisition preparation and overall procurement status and support.
- Complete cradle to grave subcontract administration activities including but not limited to acquisition planning support, Request for Proposal/Request for Quote (RFP/RFQ) development and issuance, negotiation and evaluation, documentation, award, administration, and closeout of all subcontracts.
- Reviews and interprets regulations and provides recommendations to Procurement Manager regarding applicability.
